Visit the restaurant
It is located on the premises of the Yokohama Central Wholesale Market, about a 15-minute walk from JR Higashi-Kanagawa Station.
The entrance is to the market itself, with no signage or stores visible from the outside. I wondered if it was safe to enter the market premises as is, but there were no problems.
The store is located at the bottom of a ramp in the market. It is quite difficult to find. The market was in full swing with turret trucks driving around with stacks of cardboard boxes that seemed to contain fruit. We were very careful not to disturb the people working at the market as we looked for the stores.
There was no line when we arrived at the restaurant and we were able to go straight in.
Menu
This is the menu that was offered on the day of the event.
Since there are many items, we will introduce only the main menu.
- Rishiri kelp and bonito ramen & 5 pieces of nigiri with red vinegar: 1,550 yen (tax included)
- Rishiri kelp and bonito ramen & 8 pieces of nigiri with red vinegar: 1,800 yen (tax included)

- Rishiri kelp and bonito ramen (half): 840 yen (tax included)
- Akazu nigiri (5 pieces): 700 yen (tax included)
- Akazu nigiri (5 pieces): 1,180 yen (tax included)
The following nigiri (sushi) was served that day.
Standard 5 pieces
- Hon tuna - medium fatty tuna
- Baci Tuna - Akamimi
- Live sashimi cold sea bass
- Kaisen Oginoguchi Donburi
- Salmon Negitoro Temaki
Daily special 5 pcs.
- Tuna, medium fatty tuna
- Baci tuna, red meat
- Wild yellowtail
- Cold sardine
- Homemade vinegared mackerel
The basic order appears to be a ramen and sushi set or ramen/sushi by itself. For sushi, there was a choice of 5 standard pieces and 5 pieces that changed daily. Also, it appears that the soup can be changed to premium soup for an additional 100 yen when ordering ramen.

Comments
Once we stepped into the restaurant, we were already in the presence of a high-class sushi restaurant. The waitresses were dressed as chefs.
The sushi is served on a bed of red vinegared sushi rice, topped with ingredients purchased at the market and served with soy sauce. The waitress also said, "It is seasoned and can be served as it is.
It was about the same level of sushi served at a non-rotating sushi restaurant (i.e., a high-end restaurant), which is usually better. Good thing the sushi looks shiny on the sushi grate👍.
The full-size shio ramen (salt ramen) we had this time had a refreshing taste of niboshi and bonito broth, which is quite rare. It is a simple flavor that goes very well with sushi.
However, the taste of the sushi was so memorable that I honestly don't remember much about it. ・・・・ I'm sure it was delicious, but ...
In any case, I was very satisfied to have a delicious meal in the morning.
I would definitely like to go back.
備考
Due to the location of this restaurant, I would hesitate to go there with children or a larger group. If you are not particular about the market, it would be better to go to a restaurant.
