Here are some of the restaurants we actually visited in the Tokyo area and the breakfast menus (morning menus) we ate there!

Wanting to enjoy authentic coffee at a café with a stylish reputation, I went to "Factory & Labo Kanno Coffee," a store rumored to have a roasting facility attached.

We arrived at 8:50 (10 minutes before opening time). At that point, there was no one in line. As the opening time approached, people gradually gathered, and by the time the store opened, there were about three groups at the entrance of the store.
However, it was not enough to fill the capacity of the restaurant, and everyone was able to find a seat easily.
There was no need to go before opening time.
When we visited at 3:00 p.m. the other day, there was a line from the second floor stairs to the first floor entrance, so we gave up trying to enter the restaurant. It would be better to visit this restaurant in the morning.

This is the menu that was offered that day.
There is no dedicated morning menu, so you will need to combine your own morning menu.

The main food menu seems to be the four types of sandwiches on the left side of the photo.

  • Ham, egg and 3 kinds of vegetables with yuzu flavor: 605 yen (tax included)
  • Fruit Sandwich with Honey & Cheese: 605 yen (tax included)
  • Croque-monsieur (hot sandwich): 605 yen (tax included)
  • Corned beef & Hokkaido potatoes (hot sandwich): 660 yen (tax included)

The main menu of drinks seems to be the three kinds of coffee shown in large size on the right side of the photo. It is easy to know what to order.

  • 月煎 (TSUKIIRI): 550 yen (tax included)
  • 神煎 (KAMIIRI): 550 yen (tax included)
  • 陽煎 (HIIRI): 550 yen (tax included)

I asked the waiter, "Which one is the best? She told me in detail about the characteristics of each brand. He was very kind.
The signature item is "神煎 (KAMIIRI)" which is said to have a well-balanced flavor composition.

This time, we had the following combination

Detailed impressions are below.

  • Ham, Eggs and 3 Vegetables with Yuzu

    • It looks like an ordinary stylish sandwich. The first bite is also an ordinary mixed sandwich, but the taste changes drastically when the yuzu pepper is added. The aroma of the yuzu and the spiciness of the pepper give it an indescribable flavor that whets the appetite. In short, it was delicious.

  • 神煎 (KAMIIRI)

    • It tasted like coffee ☕ (Sorry, I can't tell if the coffee is good or bad.)
    • I am sure it was very easy to drink 👍

Comments

At first glance, it was just an ordinary sandwich and coffee, nothing fancy. But when I tried it, I found it to be quite good.
The glass walls let in outside light, and the ambience was just about perfect. I felt completely at home.
Behind the cash register on the first floor, you can see a coffee bean roasting facility. I thought that an employee was actually working there.
It may be that they really make coffee from coffee beans roasted here. Considering that, I think the price is quite reasonable.
I would definitely visit again.
